Hi Erin,
I am a resident of Sundance springs .
I am writing in support of the development for lot two of Sundance Springs. I feel that the development of the lot
with plans for a restaurant/bar and other “service type businesses is appropriate for this area. I feel that there are
ways to mitigate parking on the street such as triple tree has with signs that say no parking on pavement. Thank you,
