Dear Bozeman City Commission Members,
My daughter and I own a home on Trails End Road and found out about the effort to develop
the above location into a large multi-unit complex. Our home was built in the seventies, andour area is one of the last quiet residential areas of all primary residences that are very
respectful of the natural surroundings. The area has a green corridor for wildlife to come downfrom the mountains in the winter. It is a serene environment that grants all residents, people
and animals, a wonderful quality of life. A large scale commercial real estate developmentwould ruin the serenity of a huge part of the area, create traffic overload on Goldenstein, South
3rd as well as Church Street, and will deter and harm wildlife.
Please do not allow this development. The detrimental effect on the residence and naturalenvironment are incalculable.
