Hello. I am a resident of Sundance Springs and I am writing in support of the commercial development on Lot 2 in
our neighborhood. Ideally this development would include a restaurant or brewery that would provide a walkable
option for folks in our neighborhood (as well as the other nearby neighborhoods) to eat/recreate without having to
get in a car. I understand there is some opposition to this development amongst my neighbors who wish this lot to
remain an open field. I am submitting my comments to let you know that not all Sundance residents oppose this
