Attention Erin George
We were recently informed about the second application (25238) for Lot 2 of Sundance
Springs.We are asking that this plan be rejected because it does not follow the PUD and Masterplan.
The Masterplan and PUD specifically prohibit:
1.) Two story buildings (only one level building is allowed).
2.) A patio with extensive outdoor seating.3.) Any outdoor seating for a restaurant or bar.
4.) Citywide services (neighborhood services are required)
The scale of this development is too large for this small lot. The increase of traffic andcongestion in this area of South Third would greatly decrease the safety of our community.
