Dear Honorable Commissioners,
As 20+ year residents of Sundance Springs, we speak in favor of the proposed development
#25238 a Community & Neighborhood Gathering corner.
The southside residences of Bozeman are in dire need of community services. All the
surrounding neighborhoods are built around walking and biking trails and having the opportunity
to have food, health and professional services is exactly how this corner should be developed –
thereby keeping neighborhood vehicles in their garages!
