Hi Erin,
After review of the new application for development I find numerous items that are in total
disregard of the Sundance Springs PUD and Master Plan. We've been through this drill oncealready and it seems like the developer has totally ignored what the PUD and Master Plan
clearly outlines. We don't need a commercial building of this size with inadequate parking ina wholly residential designed community. It will disrupt the original intent of the community
design and character. Why would something like this even be considered? BlackwoodGroves has an approved plan for this like kind business and appropriate zoning in the adjacent
neighborhood. We don't want or need this in our area as it will eventually be built next doorin Blackwood Groves. Stick to the rules. Please!!
