Erin George, This second application is identical to the previously submitted application,
rejected by city commission 4 to 1 on 2/27/24.Legally, the developers and city must follow the PUD, Master Plan,
Covenants and Development guidelines. Such as:Too many buildings on too small of a lot.
All outdoor activities are not allowed.Not enough parking.
Neighborhood services are required, not citywide destinations.Two buildings are not allowed.
Parking lots abut the trails and open space owned by Sundance Springs home owners, takesaway the buffers intended to protect our open space.
Ms George, the city must consider that this application violates the PUD and Master Plan, and
once again reject this proposal.
