To Whom it May Concern:
We write to oppose the application referred to above for the following reasons:
1. The application is for two, 2-story buildings and nearly 10,000 sq. feet. The relevant PUD
and Master Plan only allow one single story building and less than 5,000 sq. feet. Theapplication is a huge deviation from those requirements.
2. The outdoor activities associated with the proposal are not allowed by the PUD documents.
3. There is not enough parking to accommodate the proposed buildings and their uses.
Parking will overflow onto adjacent streets, damaging the quality of the neighborhoods. Theproposed parking will fill setbacks that are intended as buffers to the trails and open spaces in
the area.
4. This proposal will bring destination traffic to the neighborhood. The Master Plan intent isto allow only neighborhood services and traffic.
This proposal is grossly out of touch with the neighborhood, PUD, and Master Plan and
should be rejected.
