I am requesting that this lot be zoned B-2M to align with the zoning of the adjacent lots to the north and west. The east lot line is the city/ county boundary. The northeast portion of the lot will be residential with the remainder fronting L Street developed as mixed-use. This area will connect with and complement the planned redevelopment of the neighboring Story Mill property as an art and innovation center. Please let me know if any additional information is needed.
