Hello,
We are residents of Sundance Spring subdivision. We understand the land in proposed project
25238 has always been designated for retail. We are not opposed to development, but we askthat you kindly follow the guidelines of our master plan and ensure building size and parking
restrictions are followed. Sundance Springs has narrow roads, poorly designed in our opinion,so all vehicles need to park on the retail land and not on streets. Street parking is problematic
even when neighbors have company, events, contractors, etc.
Please consider the residents who live in this subdivision. Personally, I would love a nicerestaurant, market, or gym. But, I want these amenities added in a considered and deliberate
manner that does not impact the overall feel and beauty of our neighborhood.
