SW1/4 of Section 1 1, Township 2 South, Range 5 East, PMM
Property Owner hereby acknowledges that they are required to maintain at[ stormwater
facitities on the Property pursuant to Bozeman MunicipaI Code sec. 40.04.720. This
requirement is binding on any successor or assign of the Property Owner tisted above.
The City requires stormwater facilities be constructed and adequatety maintained on the
Property to maintain the heatth, safety and welfare of City residents. Adequate
maintenance is defined as keeping the stormwater facitities and at[ components thereof in
good working condition so that these stormwater facitities continue to perform in
accordance with the design intent.
Shoutd the Property Owner fait to adequatety maintain stormwater facitities, the City may
enter upon the Property and take such steps as are necessary to correct deficiencies. The
City may assess the Property Owner for the cost of any repairs or necessary maintenance
by any means provided for in the Bozeman Municipal Code.
By signing below, the Property Owner acknow[edges they have read this document and the
appticabte provisions of the Bozeman Municipal Code, and they agree to the maintenance
requirements for at[ stormwater facitities on their property.
