Kristina – that is correct we will be utilizing the approach into the mall parking lot and the huffine approach will
be abandoned. I don’t normally work with MDT so if its possible for you to send over what we need for the
encroachment permitting that would be so helpful!

Hi Celine,
It was assigned a planner but I realized I may have gotten mixed up on our phone call. It appears that the car wash
will utilize the approach into the Gallatin Mall parking lot and the approach o of Hu ine will be abandoned. Is that
correct? If so, that will not be up to our permitting authority. We will require an encroachment permit for work done
in the right of way but that will not require a full review like the approach would.

I have sent to LeRoy Wosoba, who is the lead of our Systems Impact team. He will assign a planner for this and
they should be in contact shortly. If you don’t hear back but early next week, shoot me an email and I’ll make sure
it got assigned out.
