Dear community development
board,
The residents of the Centennial Park Neighbourhood have clearly stated their preference to bezoned R~A with the ability to have 2 units and an ADU on their property. This preferenceserves to maintain the scale and unique distinction for this part of town while definitelyallowing for appropriate infill. The adjoining neighbors on streets to the east are to be zoned R~A with no discernibledifference with the Centennial Park Neighborhood. Please honor the current R~A draft presented by city staff.
