Dear City Commission and Community Development Advisory Board,
I am writing in advance of the Community Development Advisory Board's public hearings on
the Unified Development Code draft on November 3 and November 17. I encourage you, andespecially the Community Development Advisory Board, to support the current draft. The
current draft reflects countless hours of work on behalf of the Commission, city staff, andresidents of Bozeman as shared through surveys, open houses, walks, talks, presentations, and
public comments. The Commission has given direction to city staff and they have arrived at adraft that includes many of the 'asks' of Bozeman residents.
