SEE SHEET C-501 FOR DETAILS. 5.51 PARKING STALLS ARE PROVIDED. CONCEPTUAL BUILDING USES REQUIRE 46 STALLS BEFORE ANY REDUCTIONS ARE APPLIED. 6.PROPOSED PARKING STALLS ARE 9' x 18'. ADA VAN PARKING SPACES ARE 11' WIDE WITH ADJACENT 5' STRIPED ACCESS LANES. 7.3 ADA ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES HAVE BEEN PROVIDED AND MEET THE STANDARDS LAID IN OUT THE U.S. ACCESS BOARD TECHNICAL GUIDE SEC. 208. 8.20 BICYCLE SPACES HAVE BEEN PROVIDED. BICYCLE PARKING IS WITHIN 50' OF BUILDING ENTRANCE. 9.THE PROPOSED BIKE LANE ALONG SOUTH 3RD AVE WILL REQUIRE AN ADDITIONAL 2' WIDE ASPHALT STRIP AND RE-STRIPING.
