Dear City Commission and Planning Staff,
In reference to S05, T02 S, R06 E, C.O.S. 1877B, PARCEL 1T-1, ACRES 7.5099 , the portion currently zoned R-4 appears to
be marked in error as PLI on the proposed UDC zoning map. I am requesting that this lot be rezoned to B-2M to align with
the proposed zoning of the adjacent lots to the north and west. The east lot line is the city/county boundary.
The northern portion of the lot bordering Hillside Lane is intended for residential use, while the remainder of the lot fronting
L Street will be developed for mixed-use purposes. This area will connect with and complement the planned redevelopment of
the neighboring Story Mill property as an art and innovation center.
