Commissioners,
You are, once again, showing your extreme inability to govern fairly and lawfully. I'm outraged by
your proposed letter and resolution meddling in the private sale of King Arthur Park and Mountain
Meadow Estates— this is blatant overreach: using taxpayer dollars to lobby for Tenants United, a
private activist group, while ignoring your core duties.
Your have a history of dismissing public will and exceeding your authority and we're exhausted by
your biased agenda-pushing and waste of our money on activism, instead of impartial
governance. Key violations include:
1. Jurisdictional Overreach: These parks are in the county—stay in your lane to avoid
eroding self-governance.
2. Taxpayer Waste: Commission time and resources for private lobbying? Unacceptable—
voters didn't elect you for this.
3. Property Rights Intrusion: Pressuring a landowner violates free exchange and due
process.
4. Unequal Representation: You meddle in county affairs but neglect our taxes,
infrastructure, and housing crises.
5. Activist Bias: Aligning with Tenants United taints your neutrality and trust.
6. Duty Distraction: Focus on governing, not campaigning—fix roads, budgets, and services
first.
7. Legal Risks: This invites lawsuits and liability on our dime.
No more excuses. Govern without bias, or get out.
