STANDARDS OF CONDUCT
Each official and employee serving on a multimember agency is expected to devote the time and effort necessary to ensure the successful functioning of such agency
(Bozeman Municipal Code, Section 2.03.490.C.). Additional standards of conduct and norms are included in Resolution 5323 and Ordinance 2157.

I bring 20 years of leadership experience in the financial services industry, a strong focus on community development, strategic planning, and inclusive economic growth. As
the current CEO of Sky Federal Credit Union, I lead initiatives that promote financial wellness, support small businesses, and expand access to housing and credit for
underserved populations. My work is deeply rooted in empowering individuals and communities through sustainable financial solutions.

Prior to this role, I served as Executive Vice President at On Tap Credit Union in Colorado, where I oversaw cultural stewardship, marketing, business development, and
member experience. I successfully led partnerships with organizations such as Freddie Mac, the Colorado Housing Finance Authority, and HUD, driving programs that
addressed housing affordability and economic inclusion.
