COMMISSION RESOLUTION 2746
~ THE COUNTY TREASURER'S ASSIGNMENT CERTIFICATE
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA,
CONFIRMING THE SALE OF VARIOUS VALLEY UNIT LOTS, WHICH SALE WAS HELD
ON MARCH 16, 1989.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONTANA:
1. That on March 15, 1989, the City of Bozeman received from the
Treasurer of Gallatin County, Montana, Assignment Certificates of tax
certificates for various real estate lots located within Valley Unit
subdivision on which were liens for delinquent real estate property
and special improvement district assessments.
2. That on March 16, 1989, at 1:00 p.m., in Bozeman, Montana, the
City of Bozeman, after due notice given pursuant to the laws of the
State of Montana, did sell to the highest bidder at public auction,
its interest in various tax certificates and in and to the following
real property by the following individuals who paid the following
cash bid:

3. That each of the purchasers financed a portion of their purchase
price with the City accepting 50% of the purchase price in cash and
the remaining 50% of the purchase price will be paid over a period
not to exceed 2 years.
4. That in all respects, the sale described herein is confirmed,
ratified, and approved by this City Commission on this 10th day of
April, 1989.
