A tract of land being a portion of Lot 5 of Annie Subdivision Phase 2, situated in the NE1/4 Section 2, 12S, R5E, P.M.M., City of
Bozeman,Gallatin County,Montana,and being further described as follows:
Beginning at a point which bears N01'46'18'E a distance of 32.52 feet from the C1/4 of Section 2 of T2S,R5E, P.M.M., said point
being on the north right-of-way line of West Oak Street; thence clang the net right-of-way line of North 27th Avenue
N01'46'18'E a distance f 549.65 feet; thence S88'13'42"E a distance of 322.24 feet to the West line of Rose Park, thence along
said West line the five(5)following cou rses; 1)S01'46'49" a distance of 25.08 feet; 2)along a curve to the left having a radius
