COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2752
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF BOZEMAN,
MONTANA, CHANGING THE NAME OF STREETS IN ANNIE
SUBDIVISION.
WHEREAS, Dennis L. Foreman, P.L.S. ,
as agent for
Garrity-Shaw Homes Inc. has petitioned the City Commission to
change the names of certain streets located in Phase I of the
Annie Subdivision as follows:
Present Name
Proposed Name
Poole Drive
Charlotte Street
Annie Avenue
Woodland Drive
Lottie Avenue
Brentwood Avenue
Charlotte Street
Maplewood Street
Peg Avenue
Mountain Ash Avenue
Cunningham Way
Annie Street
and;
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared a plat showing such
subdivision, streets and avenues affected by such name change
which plat is attached hereto and incorporated by reference as
Exhibit A and to this Resolution as though fully set forth
herein; and
~- WHEREAS, the City Commission deems that such change of names
to be in the best interests of the City; and
WHEREAS, Garrity-Shaw Homes Inc. owns
more than 51% of the .
property adjoining the streets which will have their names
,
changed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the
Bozeman, Montana, and pursuant to S7-14-4112 Montana Code
Annotated that the streets portrayed on Exhibit A shall have
their names changed according to said Exhibit A.
