The appropriate checklist shall be completed and returned as part of the submittal. Any item checked "No" or "N/A" (not
applicable) must be explained in a narrative attached to the checklist. Incomplete submittals will be returned to the applicant.
A. x❑ For 5 of fewer lots within a platted subdivision, relocation of common boundaries or the aggregation of
lots.

1. An amended plat, legibly drawn with permanent ink or printed or reproduced by a ® ❑ ❑
process guaranteeing a permanent record, that is 18- by 24-inches or 24- by 36-inches
overall to include a 11/2-inch margin on the binding side. The amended plat must
include all certificates required by Chapter 38.6 (Subdivision Certificates), BMC and
must include all signatures except for the Gallatin County Clerk and Recorder and the
Governing Body.
2. The amended plat must show that the exemption was used only to change the location ❑X ❑ ❑
of a boundary line dividing two parcels.
3. The amended plat must clearly distinguish the prior boundary location (shown, for ® ❑ ❑
example,by a dashed or broken line or a notation) from the new boundary(shown,for

parties to the transaction enter a covenant running with the land and revocable only by mutual consent of the
City of Bozeman and the property owner that the divided land will be used exclusively for agricultural
purposes.

(formerly called master plan exclusion)
Enclosed please find the information required under§76-4-127 MCA and ARM 17.36.602 regarding a municipal facilities
exclusion for this subdivision within a growth policy area or first-class or second-class municipality(formerly referred to as
master plan exclusions). Use of this checklist is only appropriate when the municipality is providing the water and sewer
main service and when the municipality's engineering staff reviewing the plans and specifications prior to approval:

the project that all water and sewer lines are installed or financially guaranteed in accordance with 76-
