NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all potential purchasers of LOT West Winds Major
N,1,Ejt5 \ Subdivision Phase 5,City of Bozeman,Gallatin County,Montana,that the final

completion of an and off-site improvements required under Bozeman Municipal

As such,this Restriction is filed with the final plat that stipulates that any use
LOT R2 is subject to further subdivision,and no develpoment of this lot shall
accar until all on and off site improvements are completed as required under
the B ozeman Municipal Code.
THEREFORE,BE ADVISED,that Building Permits will not be issued for LOT R2 of
