Here is a preliminary determinaƟon using our generic commercial demand rate. If it's an exisƟng business or franchise
going in I prefer to base the esƟmate on exisƟng meter data. If that is the case you can provide the data with the site
plan I’ll do the final review and confirm when the site plan is submiƩed.

Subject: CILWR - Lot 3 of Tract 6, Gardner Simmental Plaza Subdivision
Hi Griffin,
We are doing a site plan on the above-menƟoned lot. The plan is to add a 11,800 sq. Ō. commercial building to the lot
that already has an exisƟng commercial building, Valley Glass and Windows. It is located at Rawhide Ridge Road and
Simmental Way.
Its been a liƩle while, but I believe that the method for determining CILWR for commercial buildings has been to
esƟmate based on similar buildings/demands. Do you have a preferred calculaƟon for this? The building should really be
similar to the exisƟng building on the lot. I also aƩached the Architect’s fixture account and the concept site plan if that
is helpful. IrrigaƟon will not be connected to City water. Below is a screen shot of the lot.
