2. The Double Vault Concrete Toilet from Missoula Concrete shall have a ‘barnwood siding’
finish with a ‘light brown’ stain and no privacy screen.

on C4.3will be done by others
Request For Clarification
1. Bid form ITEM 401 – Topsoil Stripping (15” Depth) is to involve the stripping under all
hardscape and soccer fields. Respread quantities are less than the amount of topsoil to be
stripped. The excess topsoil can be used in non-structural areas as a fill material (areas
not under the hardscape or the fields). No additional Topsoil work is required in the
Boulevards along Oak Street.
2. Bid Form ITEM 105 – Site Grading (cut/fill to subgrade) involves cutting to subgrade
and using the cut material to fill to finish grade. Bid Form ITEM 106 Haul and Grade to
Subgrade is for Hauling from an existing stockpile on site (approximately 300 ft away)

and placing to finish grade. The existing stockpile and cut quantities are adequate to
grade to subgrade, no import material is required.
3. Bid Form ITEM 505,506, and 507 represent the section under the asphalt apron
surrounding field 13.
