The 69th Montana Legislature passed Senate
Bill 3, requiring urban renewal districts
employing a tax increment financing
mechanism to create an advisory board.
An Ordinance of the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, Repealing Chapter 2, Article 5, Division 10 of the Bozeman Municipal Code
The required second reading of the ordinance is
scheduled for September 23, 2025, and, if
approved on consent and after the 30-day effective
date, the repeal becomes effective on October 23,
2025.
