I was unable to make the online presentation for the Bozeman Community Plan Technical Compliance Update, and was wondering where I can find the recording? I was able to find the presentation slides on EngageBozeman, thanks for posting those. I also wanted to ask, in our Community Plan, why the review criteria for the primary criteria are phrased where, "the following presumption apply" instead of outlining the, "specific, documentable, and clearly defined impact on..." as is in MCA 76-3-608? I've seen that other municipalities and counties (such as Gallatin County, Billings, Missoula, and Livingston) include factors to be considered when evaluating the potential impacts on any of the seven primary criteria in their growth policies. Thank you for your help in understanding this.
