Montana youth mental health systemunder federal investigation Two teams of U.S. DOJ lawyers are coming to Montana next week tocontinue their investigation of our youth mental health system and theywant to meet with you! READ IN APP I encourage all youth, parents, guardians, teachers, and mental health professionals with experiences using our mental health system for young people to attend one of the four community meetings the U.S. Department of Justice is holding next week. Disability Rights Montana is hosting one here in Helena at offices and others will be help in Glasgow, Glendive, and Missoula. Food will be provided at all locations. Upgrade to paid Below is an email that was sent this morning by head of the federal investigative team with details about each meeting: The Department of Justice is looking into complaints that children (up to age 21) with behavioral health disabilities and their families have faced barriers to Montana mental health services in their communities. We will be holding community meetings throughout Montana to hear from young people, families, service providers, and others. We will also have virtual/phone meeting invites available for individuals who want to join by computer or phone.
