City of Bozeman Staff has approved a waiver for this section during the pre-application process.
Subsequent applications are planned to include approximately 182-190 residences, all with long
term affordability restrictions. The Hidden Creek site plan application which includes these
development plans has been submitted to the City of Bozeman and is currently in review.
