HomeMy WebLinkAbout017 Sanitation InformationHidden Creek Subdivision Preliminary Plat Application Sanitation Information Correspondence with the DEQ has taken place which determined that a Municipal Facilities Exclusion Form will be required with the subdivision. Please see section 016 DEQ Exemptions Request for the included correspondence. The southern lot is already developed and has a water main extending from Durston into the property with service connections. There is an existing sewer main that extends north from Durston across the eastern edge of the property to Juniper St. The northern lots will not be developed with this preliminary plat application, but it is anticipated that the water main will be extended from the southern lot north underneath the future Oak Park Dr and connect at Juniper St. There is an existing sewer main running east-west across the northern portion of the subdivision. The northern lots will be serviced from both the existing water main in Juniper St and the proposed future water main extension on the eastern boundary. Sewer services will extend from the existing mains on the property.
