HomeMy WebLinkAbout015 WaiversHidden Creek Subdivision Preliminary Plat Application Waivers The purpose of this application is to create four lots, one lot for the existing rest home and the other three lots to be transferred ownership for future development. Subsequent applications (site plans) are to be submitted in the future and some are currently in review. City of Bozeman Staff has supported waivers for the following sections of initial preliminary plat submittal:  020 Surface Water  021 Floodplains  026 Agriculture  033 Parks and Recreation Facilities  034 Neighborhood Center Plan  035 Lighting Plan  036 Miscellaneous  037 Affordable Housing Additionally, a Traffic Impact Study Waiver was approved. Due to timing and preliminary plat changes, the Traffic Impact Study has been completed and is included in section 030 Streets, Roads, and Alleys.
