HomeMy WebLinkAbout23087 Notice NOTICE OF A SITE PLAN APPLICATION This application is evaluated against the site plan procedures and criteria of section 38.230.050 of the Bozeman municipal code (BMC) and including the associated standards as outlined in 38.230.100.A, BMC. Approval is granted if all criteria are met. The public may comment in writing regarding compliance of this application with the required criteria. Comments should identify the specific criteria of concern along with facts in support of the comment. Per 38.250.030.B, BMC, issues not raised during public comment period may not be raised on appeal. During the notice period the City will continue review for compliance with applicable regulations. See the back of this page for map location Project Name: Track C Rail Extension Site Plan (SP) Application: 23087 Summary: A proposed site plan to construct a railroad spur track from the Montana Rail Link (MRL) right-of-way into Tract 2-B within the North Park Master Site Plan (Application 15273) and the North Park Master Site Plan Modification (Application 22347). The proposed spur line will cross the Mandeville Creek watercourse. Site improvements include grading, stormwater retention/detention facilities, culverting of Mandeville Creek, and watercourse and wetland restoration plantings. A wetland delineation and updated flood hazard evaluation was provided by the applicant and reviewed by staff.
