THE PARKINGREQUIREMENT IS FOUR SPACES FOR EACH DOCTOR ANDONE SPACE FOR EACH NON-DOCTOR EMPLOYEE WHICHRESULTS IN A TOTAL OF 24 SPACES. KNOWING THAT THEREWILL BE AN INCREASE IN PARKING NEEDS DURINGSHIFT-CHANGE PERIODS, A REASONABLE PARKINGEXPECTATION IS 48 SPACES. THE PROPOSED FACILITY ISPROVIDING 70 SPACES TO ACCOMMODATE SHIFT-CHANGEPERIODS AND HIGH-VOLUME VISITOR PERIODS.
