This application is evaluated against the site plan procedures and criteria of section 38.230.050 of the
Bozeman municipal code (BMC) and including the associated standards as outlined in 38.230.100.A,
BMC. Approval is granted if all criteria are met.
The public may comment in writing regarding compliance of this application with the required criteria.
Comments should identify the specific criteria of concern along with facts in support of the comment.
Per 38.250.030.B, BMC, issues not raised during public comment period may not be raised on appeal.
During the notice period the City will continue review for compliance with applicable regulations.

Summary: A proposal to construct an apartment building with 12 dwellings, 6 one-bedroom
apartments, and 6 two-bedroom apartments next to the constructed Pines Phase 1 15-dwelling
apartment building. Site improvements on the 0.49 acre lot include parking, circulation, open space,
landscaping, and infrastructure. 11 mature trees are proposed to be retained, and internal site
circulation completed between 19th Avenue and 20th Avenue.
