Jake,
A full TIS is not required for the proposed project. As I mentioned below due to the proposed access on to 19th and its
proximity to additional access locations, an access modification request and approval will be required to approve the
project as proposed. The reviewing engineer may require additional traffic related information during the planning
review to ensure public health and safety.
Thanks,

Hey Karl,
To summarize the traffic count:
The 15 existing units from phase 1 and 12 proposed units generated a total of 180 trips/day.

Arielle,
The spreadsheet is hard to follow. Its not clear what the inputs or the conclusions are. Please write a clear summary with
only the applicable data per my email below. This needs to come from engineer competent in estimating traffic
demands.
Please do not CC additional engineers not involved in the project on future emails. We all get a lot of emails and
appreciate your help to declutter our inbox when possible.
Thanks,

Karl,
The traffic count is attached for the Pines TIS waiver. It includes both lots/phases.
