As I mentioned below due to the proposed access on to 19th and its proximity to additional access locations, an access modification request and approval will be required to approve the project as proposed. The reviewing engineer may require additional traffic related information during the planning review to ensure public health and safety. Arielle, The spreadsheet is hard to follow. Its not clear what the inputs or the conclusions are. Please write a clear summary with only the applicable data per my email below. This needs to come from engineer competent in estimating traffic demands. Please do not CC additional engineers not involved in the project on future emails. We all get a lot of emails and appreciate your help to declutter our inbox when possible. Thanks, Karl Johnson, P.E. | Engineer II City of Bozeman | 20 E.
