NOTICE OF A PUBLIC MEETING FOR A
PRELIMINARY PLAT APPLICATION
This application is evaluated against the Subdivision Preliminary Plat requirements of sections
38.220.040, 38.220.060, and 38.240.130 of the municipal code and associated standards. Approval or
conditional approval may be granted if the decision maker determines all criteria are met.
The public may comment orally at the public meeting or in writing at or prior to the public meeting
regarding compliance of this application with the required criteria. Comments should identify the specific
criteria of concern along with facts in support of the comment. During the notice period the City will
continue review for compliance with applicable regulations.
The full application may be reviewed digitally in the City of Bozeman Department of Community
Development, Alfred M. Stiff Professional Building, 20 East Olive Street, 582-2260. Comments may be

Project Name: South Range Crossing (SRX) II Preliminary Plat Application: 24112
Summary: A preliminary plat application for a subsequent minor subdivision requesting to further
subdivide 5 lots in Minor Subdivision 494. The subdivision proposes to create 3 buildable lots, 1
restricted development lot, and road right-of-way extensions. The subdivision is proposed on 35.06
acres and is zoned B-2M and REMU.

Graf Street and South 19th Avenue
Legal Description: Lots 1-4, Block 1 of Minor Subdivision No. 494, Located in the Northwest

On Tuesday, October 7, 2025 at 6:00 p.m., in the Commission Room at City Hall, 121 N.
Rouse Ave, Bozeman, Montana, the City Commission will conduct a public meeting on
Application 24112 for the SRX II Preliminary Plat. Members of the public will also be able
