WHEREAS, MCDC hereby gives notice that it claims no real property interest in the portion of the Drain Ditch and the entirety of the Abandoned Lateral depicted on Exhibit A, and therefore disclaims any and all real property interest, including any and all easements, associated therewith. WHEREAS, MCDC hereby forever terminates and extinguishes any and all easements,express or implied,for portion of the Drain Ditch and the entirety of the Abandoned Lateral depicted on Exhibit A.
