Hi Kevin- Hope you are doing well. I would like to update you on a few items since we last connected and seek your help
obtaining a leer (similar to what you provided on the South Range Crossing property) for the property on the northside
of Graf.
The South Range Crossing (SRX) project is moving through final city approvals and an(cipate star(ng work in the spring. I
received a call from your aorney a month or two ag o looking for a status update and shared with him the (meline. I am
prepared to execute the agreement and pay fees when the work on the property starts. I will keep you in the loop as
things progress.
The aached is a conceptual layout of the street ne twork for the project on the northside of Graf. Our group purchased
the property from the Yellowstone Theological Ins(tute group earlier in the year and are working on site planning
efforts. At this (me, I am just asking for a leer from MCDC that I can provide to the city similar to the aached. I will be
providing more detail on the poten(al ditch impacts when those are known. There are no impacts to Middle Creek Ditch
associated with the project at this (me. My group is coordina(ng with Jerry Pape and the South University District team
on the construc(on of Arnold street which I understand there has been ongoing coordina(on with the ditch company
