For the SRX North Subdivision, the applicant will request a Municipal Facilities Exclusion from the Montana Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ), per Section 38.41.040.A.12, BMC.
The project will be utilizing public utilities for water, sewer, and stormwater infrastructure. After the project obtains preliminary plat approval, the Municipal Facilities Exclusion Checklist will be provided to the Director of Public Works for his approval and signature.
