The GRANTOR furtheragreesthatthe GRANTEE may peacefullyhold and enjoy the
rightsand privilegeshereingrantedwithout any interruptionby the GRANTOR.
The terms,covenants and provisionsofthiseasement and agreement shallextend to and
be bindingupon the heirs,executors,administrators,personalrepresentatives,successorsand
