NOTICE OF A SITE PLAN APPLICATION
This application is evaluated against the site plan criteria of section 38.230.100 and the Departure criteria of 38.510.030.C.3 of the Bozeman municipal code (BMC) and associated standards. Per 38.230.100.B, BMC, approval is granted if all criteria are met. The public may comment in writing regarding compliance of this application with the required criteria. Comments should identify the specific criteria of concern along with facts in support of the comment. Per 38.250.030.B, BMC, issues not raised during public comment period may not be raised on appeal. During the notice period the City will continue review for compliance with applicable regulations. Summary: This is a site plan application for a mixed residential and commercial development of five 4-story, 55 feet tall buildings consisting of a total of 300 rental apartment dwelling units and 7,315 square feet (sf) of ground floor commercial space, plus parking, open space and landscaping on a single parcel. The ground floor commercial space will front on Davis Avenue. An extension of Galloway Street will extend into the Site and terminate at its eastern boundary. A 0.34-acre triangular-shaped city park will terminate at its northeastern boundary.
