Hi Alicia- Brian is no longer working at Hyalite, FYI, so go ahead and direct everything through me for this one moving forward. You are correct, our overall grading sheets are best shown on those storm quadrants (essentially our grading & drainage sheets), that show the new FG topo lines as you had highlighted. The proposed surface will tie back down into the EG surface at 3:1 slopes, as shown via those topo lines. Let me know if you have any questions or if you do need anything else for now. I am reviewing 23373 S&S DAVIS APARTMENTS SP and wasn’t able to locate a grading plan for the site (BMC 38.220.080.g). I did see the updated storm quadrant sheets. Since this site is being built up several feet, we’ll need to see how the grading transitions to adjacent properties (see screenshot below). Could you please email me a detailed grading plan that shows how the site will tie into the adjacent properties. I’ll review it and upload to ProjectDox. 2 Thank you, City of Bozeman MT Alicia Paz-Solis, EI | Transportation and Engineering (406) 582-2976 City of Bozeman emails are subject to the Right to Know provisions of Montana’s Constitution (Art.
