Hi Alicia-
Brian is no longer working at Hyalite, FYI, so go ahead and direct everything through me for this one
moving forward.
You are correct, our overall grading sheets are best shown on those storm quadrants (essentially our
grading & drainage sheets), that show the new FG topo lines as you had highlighted. The proposed
surface will tie back down into the EG surface at 3:1 slopes, as shown via those topo lines.
Let me know if you have any questions or if you do need anything else for now.

(BMC 38.220.080.g). I did see the updated storm quadrant sheets.
Since this site is being built up several feet, we’ll need to see how the grading transitions to adjacent
properties (see screenshot below). Could you please email me a detailed grading plan that shows how
the site will tie into the adjacent properties. I’ll review it and upload to ProjectDox.
