Maintenance Agreement

Dear Susana & Alicia:
The purpose of this letter is to identify the Maintenance Function of the Property Owner’s Association (POA)
as it relates to BMC 38.200.010.
The POA shall have the obligation, right, and authority to provide or cause another party to provide for the
care, operation, management, maintenance, repair, and replacement of the Galloway Street road section
through the subject property. Such obligations shall include but not be limited to:
- The removal of snow from and application of sand and salt to Roadways and operation,
management, maintenance, repair, and replacement of Improvements or Transportation
Systems.
- Maintenance of all stormwater drainage systems to include curb and gutter, curb inlet catch
basins, underground conveyance and storage facilities, and outlet structures.
