Hey Griffin-
Another CILWR request for this project, as we have gone through our Concept submittal (#22295) and are gearing up for
the Site Plan soon. See attached for our preliminary site plan.
This project consists of 264 apartment units, spread throughout 5 buildings, with irrigation provided via exempt wells
(forthcoming).

The preliminary fee is approx. $198,315 ($196,416 for the 264 apartments and $1,899 for the commercial space).
This is a great project for the City's high-efficiency CILWR rebate program. We can rebate approximately 20% of the
CILWR fee ($39K )for residen al units, released at occupancy, if high-efficiency fixtures (toilets, washers, and shower
heads) are installed. To par cipate we need the owner to execute our high-efficiency rebate agreement, a ached is
the agreement template. Let me know if the owner is interested or has any ques ons.
