See attached for our preliminary site plan. This project consists of 264 apartment units, spread throughout 5 buildings, with irrigation provided via exempt wells (forthcoming). This is a great project for the City's high-efficiency CILWR rebate program. We can rebate approximately 20% of the CILWR fee ($39K )for residenal units, released at occupancy, if high-efficiency fixtures (toilets, washers, and shower heads) are installed. To parcipate we need the owner to execute our high-efficiency rebate agreement, aached is the agreement template. Let me know if the owner is interested or has any quesons.
