I had a bit of a time trying to neigotiate getting to the right party...ending up with the general portel..hopefully my comments will find their way to the building "design review" department. Comments building proposed for 105 W. Bacock # 24474 This building crosses into the southside of Babcock, the historical side of bozeman leaving downtown. Proposing design (Pierson design Group) has a conteporty look, like plans were pulled from some condo deveopement by the Wild Crum, or coscto etc. ( I respect the Pierson Group, especially Larry, who was leader in desgining homes and commercial structures in the mountain west) The exterior of this building needs some design elements added to it to help it blend in with the neighborhood, and the older buildings arounded it..(2) churches, and the funeral home...the closest... i.e. some iron work terrces around the windows etc. exsamples around down town, 666 building..small tweaks, thanks.
