NOTICE OF A MASTER SITE PLAN APPLICATION
This application is evaluated against the site plan procedures and criteria of section 38.230.050 of the
Bozeman municipal code (BMC) and including the associated standards as outlined in 38.230.100.A,
BMC. Approval is granted if all criteria are met.
The public may comment in writing regarding compliance of this application with the required criteria.
Comments should identify the specific criteria of concern along with facts in support of the comment.
Per 38.250.030.B, BMC, issues not raised during public comment period may not be raised on appeal.
During the notice period the City will continue review for compliance with applicable regulations.

Project Name: North Park Westside Master Site Plan Application: 22394
Summary: A Site Plan application to allow construction of infrastructure for the west side of the
North Park Development. The west side includes all areas west of Mandeville Creek, east of I-90 and
south of the BNSF Railroad line. The master site plan proposes to construct utility and street
extensions crossing Mandeville Creek for Wheat Drive and Cultivar Street to complete the North
Park street grid and facilitate industrial development of lease tracts. Additional proposed
improvements include stormwater infrastructure, street lighting, pedestrian facilities, and public
landscaping (street trees). The property is zoned M-1 (Light Manufacturing District) and M-2
(Manufacturing and Industrial District)
