HomeMy WebLinkAbout25129 Notice NOTICE OF A SITE PLAN APPLICATION This application is evaluated against the site plan criteria of Sec. 38.230.100. of the Bozeman Municipal Code (BMC) and associated standards. Per BMC Sec. 38.230.100.B and Sec. 38.230.120.C, approval is granted if all criteria are met. The public may comment in writing regarding compliance of this application with the required criteria. Comments should identify the specific criteria of concern along with facts in support of the comment. Per 38.250.030.B, BMC, issues not raised during public comment period may not be raised on appeal. During the notice period the City will continue review for compliance with applicable regulations. Project Name: Bozeman Health Campus Phase 1 Application: 25129 Summary: This is a development proposal for the addition of parking lots, an upgrade to an existing maintenance yard and associated landscaping for the Deaconess Hospital campus which is the first of a five-phase development proposal called the Bozeman Health Campus Master Site Plan for the Deaconess campus. The Master Site Plan is application No. 23357. This Phase 1 site plan would add 162 parking spaces to Lot E; 197 spaces to Lot A; removal of Lot I’s 150 spaces in favor of development of a landscaped open space area. Phase 1 would result in a net new addition of 209 spaces for a total of 1,754 spaces. The existing maintenance yard would be improved with paving, landscape screening and a Fire Engine turn-around. Parking lot landscaping and exterior lighting would be improved.
