GENERAL NOTES
1.THE CONTRACTOR SHALL OBTAIN, AT THEIR OWN EXPENSE, APPLICABLE LICENSES, STANDARDS, PERMITS, ETC. WHICH ARE
NECESSARY TO PERFORM THE WORK.
2.THE CONTRACTOR SHALL LOCATE, CLEARLY MARK AND MAINTAIN EXISTING UTILITIES ON THE SITE PRIOR TO WORK START UP. CALL
FOR UTILITY LOCATES PRIOR TO COMMENCING WORK.
3.THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROTECTION OF ALL UTILITIES AND REPAIR OF UTILITIES IF DAMAGED. REPAIR
SHALL BE DONE AT NO ADDITIONAL COST TO THE OWNER
