Please see below for description on how each area is being utilized and defined. All Areas Included in Gross Floor Area: • Community/Recreation (V Floor) o Entryway o Conference Room o Breakout Room o Gear Room—Occasional Ski/Snowboard waxing&tune up events(noted in our traffic narrative)will take place within the Gear Room.This will include a few portable waxing stations set up along the divider walls to the West of Gear Storage,See Coversheet Plan Diagrams for area denoted and see Traffic Narrative for additional info on this event. • Offices(2"d Floor) 0 6 enclosed office spaces 0 1 open work area All Areas Removed from Gross Floor Area,per COB Sec 38.540.010.A.1.a., 1-9: 1.
