The Bridger Ski Foundation (BSF) HQ building located at 1606 Gold Avenue in Bozeman, MT is
conservatively estimated to have an average of six daily occupants. The existing building is
connected with a ¾” water service and a 4” sewer service. No modifications to the existing
services are proposed. The proposed building does not have internal fire protection. The tables
below summaries the anticipated water and sewer demands. Based on DEQ 4 Table 3.1-1, the
estimated average wastewater flow from an office building is 13 gpd/ person.
